An entire range of services associated with our rental spaces is at your disposal: Audiovisual equipment, furniture, catering possibilities, staff and IT support.

Welcome and orientation

A professional team has been created to welcome and guide you as soon as you arrive. Once at the reception, you will be taken care of by our teams.

The bilingual hosts and hostesses are at your service and remain at your disposal throughout your event. Their impeccable knowledge of the city and the vicinity of Groupe Formeret’s venues, allows them to easily recommend places or provide a suitable itinerary.

Luggage and storage space

Formeret provides you with a secure space to leave your suitcases and other equipment. When required, your documents can be sent prior to your event and stored in our venues.

We can also store your personal effects in our luggage room between sessions and return them to your room when you return.

IT and printing services

The WiFi and telephone network is at your disposal during your event. Our sites are equipped with very high speed optical fiber.

You will also find our printing department on site, equipped with A4 and A3 laser printers.

A wide choice of catering

Catering is an integral component of Formeret hospitality. We offer catering in various formats: breakfast, lunch, gourmet snacks, lunch cocktails or dinner.

You can choose between nearly 15 partner restaurants, which have been selected with the utmost care. Located near our premises, they meet strict quality criteria, both in terms of food and service. For your specific needs, such as event catering or meal trays, we work with three highly reputable caterers.

You can also take advantage of three snacks during the day. At the start of the meeting we provide welcome coffee and tea. Mid-morning we offer coffee, tea, orange juice and pastries. And in the middle of the afternoon you can help yourself to coffee, tea and orange juice.
